David F. Zucker Named Midway's Chief Executive Officer and President
Developers Midway Games Inc. (NYSE:MWY) announced today that David F. Zucker, 40, has been named chief executive officer and president.

Zucker succeeds Neil D. Nicastro, 46, Midway's chairman who has also stepped down as chief operating officer. ATI Announces Agreement With Nintendo
Developers ATI Technologies, Inc., a world leader in the design and manufacture of innovative 3D graphics and digital media silicon solutions, announced today that it has entered into a technology development agreement with Nintendo Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, ATI and Nintendo are developing technologies for use in Nintendo products. No other details regarding the nature of this agreement are being made available at this time.
