Here at Gamer-Talk.net we are dedicated to giving our visitors the best experience possible while visiting our site. Repeated violations of our rules may result in a ban from the forums. The Gamer-Talk.net administration has the right to modify these rules at any time.

Member Names and Personal Info:
Please refrain from using offensive names and never post a message pretending to be another person on the forums. You should also always exercise judgment when revealing personal information about yourself when you post messages on this or any site.

Topics of Discussion:
Post all new topics in relevant forums. For example, a post about a new xbox game would go in the Xbox Games forum. A post about 'your own computer specs' would go in the PC Hardware forum. Piracy/warez is not allowed, and all posts regarding piracy or warez will be either locked or deleted.

Inappropriate Language and Flaming:
One of the most important rules for our forum is having respect for other members. Flaming of other members and using profanity will not be tolerated. Results from this will be a warning, and if necessary a ban.

Copyrighted Material:
It's illegal to post anything copyrighted or trademarked, unless you hold the copyright or trademark, or have expressed permission from the author or owner of the copyrighted material. This includes but isn't limited to reproducing the full text of news stories, articles, etc. It is acceptable to provide a link to copyrighted material, to post brief excerpts, or to paraphrase other works, though we do strongly encourage you to cite the original source whenever possible.

Spam and Advertisements:
We will not tolerate any spam, advertising, or flood posts (double posting on purpose). Blatant advertising or solicitations of or for businesses, products or services is prohibited, whether or not a fee is charged. If you want to advertise your site, do so by placing a link to it in your signature.

Avatars:
Avatars are the small picture below your name that shows up under each post. The current size limit for avatars is 80x80, and any avatars that exceed this limit will not show. Avatars deemed inappropriate by the staff will be immediately removed.

Signatures and Other Images:
Signatures are text or images that show up below your posts. All images on this forum (including signatures) must be G rated. All signature images must be equal or smaller than 468x60. No signature will be allowed a greater height or width. The administration has the right to modify/remove any signatures that do not follow these guidelines.

Managing User Content:
Members of these forums are solely responsible for all Content that they. Gamer-Talk shall have the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors in any Content, as it may determine in its sole discretion. Gamer-Talk and its affiliates further reserve the right, to delete or remove any user content from the site and to deny the access of any member to all or any part of this site, at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. However, we obviously don't want to do that, so just follow the rules, okay? Now, head back over to the forums and get posting!
