Many people like to rep on the weak graphics card the PS2 has. PS2 does boast the weakest everything. But the graphics are really what people like to rep about. And it really is the truth.


But there is one game that really showed that the PS2s graphic power really isn't that bad. Final Fantasy X really showed that if the effort was put in, PS2 can boast great graphics. The cutscenes in FFX were really amazing and could PROBABLY (I have to say that so X Box people wouldn't go on a rampage) contest those of X Box and GameCube.

In general, X Box has the best graphics. But it really depends on the developer of a game to put the effort to make the graphics good. If effort is put in, it will look better. I do uderstand though, X Box can offer a farther push on graphics than the PS2 can.

i think if xbox could ever put their mind to making a game they could blow all the conoles away but since many of the good games are multi console they dont get peeked grpahics, but ps2 i think evern tho less pwerful than gc has much better graphics than gc.........

graphics can be pushed as far as the developer pushes them.. japanese developers like to make their games look especially pretty so they spend their time perfecting their graphics and then leave out a good game ;o.. square pushed both with ff7 but after then all the ff were just eyecandy, with a terrible game behind it.. but square does know how to push the graphics limits on a console
