I'm hearing raves about this phantom machine, and I would like for someone to answer if it really is better than the PS2, X Box, and GameCube. What does the Phantom bring to the plate? What is so new about it?

I really don't know anything about the Phantom, and I wonder what's the hype?

IMO no.

it's like that thingf they had back on sega where you payed to play the games they had listed..

te phantom is pretty much that...i think you pay per play.

dunno i havent seen anything on it other than how it works

I heard that the whole project was cancelled a while back after rumors that Sony would sue due to them using their games and overall taking profits away from Sony. And yah, it's kind of like Sega TV, only it has games for all the systems to play, all you have to do is rent them off the selection screen I believe.
