I love the new design, the only thing im alittle concerned about is where the power button is, directly above the D-Pad, surley they could have put it some place else?
Maybe theyll put a 5 sec delay on it though, so you need to hold it down for 5 seconds befor it turns you machine off.

Nintendo knows the handheld market, I can't imagine they'd do something crazy like release the DS without a master plan.
