When playing with Arrogon and you can summon Legolas, recharge your spirit energy until you can summon him. Legolas will take most of the troll's life down then you will have to hit him only once or twice to kill it.
Cheat: Free Items in Multiplayer
When another player in multiplayer mode has a has an item you want, have them trade it to you. After the item is traded to you save your game, but don't let the other player who traded to you save his game. Then, quit multiplayer or shut of your GameBoy Advance. When you turn it back on, both you and the person who traded this item will have it.
Hint: Exploit Overdraw Skill
This is with Legolas only, as it's his skill. What you must do is hold down B, then press A to charge up the skill. Now let go of B, and you will fire a normal arrow. If you don't let go of A, you can walk around with a full Overdraw skill, for as long as you want!
Hint: Get Rare Items Easily
You need to play as Aragorn, Legoles, or Gandalf for this trick to work. When you reach the Fangorn Troll level, fight the boss and his mini counterpart any way you want to. After you beat them, collect your spoils, which usually include rare items, and then save and quit. Now reload the level and fight the boss over and over again to keep getting more rare items.
Re-experience Tip
Go through and snag everything in a stage. Then just before you exit, save the game and quit. Reload the game and although you will start at the beginning of the level again, will still have all the stuff and experience you had when you saved.
