Global interactive entertainment company Codemasters announced today the company will offer a unique, “Big Brother” style view of its E3 showcase via a dedicated area on its website. Featuring reports direct from the booth, a live web cam feed will allow viewers to see the show floor activity as it happens.
Codemasters‘ E3 Live page, located at http://www.codemasters.com/e3live, will launch as this year’s E3 Expo opens next Wednesday, May 12, in Los Angeles. In addition to the live web cam, readers can obtain regular news posted on the company’s line-up, including Colin McRae Rally 2005, MTV Music Generator 3: This is the Remix, IndyCar Series 2005, Dragon Empires, Soldiers: Heroes of World War II and a few big surprises, along with a blog diary from Codemasters’ online staff describing the high points of a hectic E3 schedule.
In addition, the Web site will host interviews with Codemasters development teams as they reveal their latest games. Website visitors will have opportunities to interact with the teams in forum settings.
