DreamCatcher Games today announced the launch of http://www.Besieger.com, the official website of Besieger. The opening of the site also marks the premier of the game’s official trailer.

Besieger is set in a medieval fantasy world in which rival players wage war as either Viking or Cimmerian warriors. Gamers will conquer factions of Ogres, Werewolves and Centaurs and besiege towns on horseback or build primitive flying machines to win their battles. Users will also smash their way into the enemy’s heavily defended Citadels, while in turn defending their own domains.

At Besieger.com, fans will discover the game’s dramatic storyline and observe the diverse units the game has to offer including the powerful Cimmerian and Viking warriors and the deadly Cimmerian airship.

The official site will also act as home to up-to-date news, reviews and art from this feudal frenzy. Players can pre-order the game here, and in the next few weeks, the official single-player demo.

Besieger is developed by Primal Software and will release in North America and Europe simultaneously in summer 2004. The game has an expected ESRB of ‘T’ for Teen. Visit http://www.Besieger.com for more details.
