Global Star Software Announces Mall Tycoon 2

Today Global Star Software, a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive (NASDAQ: TTWO), has announced plans to release Mall Tycoon 2 for the PC. Under development at Fusion Digital, Global Star plans to incorporate all the features of the popular original Mall Tycoon which to date has sold more than 300,000 copies, while adding scores of new features and improvements. Global Star Software currently plans to release Mall Tycoon 2 in the fall of 2003, just in time to double your shopping pleasure for Christmas.

Mall Tycoon 2 is a detailed 3D Management Sim which allows players to oversee virtually every aspect of creating, managing and profiting from a dynamic, fast-paced mall environment. Every facet of the job will be covered, from initial construction and store placement to maintenance, human resources, and payroll. A radically enhanced 3D Graphics engine, using Criterion’s Renderware™ technology, will provide unprecedented visual quality. Players can also expect to find scores of new events, improvements and units, a completely redesigned game interface, significant AI improvements, and much more.
