Strategy First Signs Supremacy: Four Paths to Power

Posted on Thursday, November 06, 2003 @ 02:37:32 pm E.S.T

Strategy First is pleased to announce it has signed the worldwide rights to Black Hammer Game’s upcoming turn based strategy title Supremacy: Four Paths to Power. Supremacy: Four Paths to Power is a deep strategy game that brings something new to the strategy game genre,” says Don McFatridge, President of Strategy First. “We couldn’t be happier about our partnership with Black Hammer Game that will bring this game into the hands of strategy game lovers everywhere.”

Supremacy: Four Paths to Power is a unique turn based strategy game of interplanetary combat. The game casts the player in the role of one of four Commanding Officers (CO), each with their own abilities and strategies. No matter which CO is selected the goal is the same – conquest of the galaxy! They will have to manage resources, produce units, capture planets and space stations, and ultimately, defeat their enemies.

The path to victory will not be an easy one though. Not only will a CO need to master the art of space combat, but they must also become a skilled ground war strategist to ensure planetary control for their race.

"Fans of the strategy genre will be pleased to find a world of unique challenges in Supremacy: Four Paths to Power. We believe it will be a compelling and truly original game that will provide players with countless hours of fun." says Nikita Mikros, Black Hammer Game’s lead designer.

Key Features:

  • 4 unique storylines for each individual race
  • Combat is fought in space and on planetary surfaces
  • Over 40 unique units including suicide bombers, flamethrowers and massive mechs
  • Adaptive AI that will continually challenge your strategies
  • Unique resource management and economic system
  • Robust multiplayer allows you to find and challenge others
  • Customize the game to better suit your preferences
  • Multiple tactical approaches to each battle keeps combat fresh
  • Ruthless AI controlled Space Pirates may hinder your plans
  • Extensive in-game help makes Supremacy easy to learn but difficult to master
Supremacy: Four Paths to Power will be released in Q2 2004. For more information on the game please visit www.blackhammergame.com/supremacy or www.strategyfirst.com.
