SEGA® of America, Inc. today announced the release of SEGA SuperStars™ designed exclusively for EyeToy™ USB Camera and the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system. Featuring 12 action-packed games across a variety of genres, SEGA SuperStars provides plenty of fun for casual and hardcore gamers alike.
Developed by SONICTEAM, SEGA SuperStars delivers new gameplay experience based on a collection of SEGA classics – from Crazy Taxi™ to House of the Dead™ – bringing the party, or gamer, closer to some of the best-loved characters in the industry. Race through a speed tube as Sonic The Hedgehog®; go bananas with Super Monkey Ball™; battle toe-to-toe with Akira or Jacky in Virtua Fighter™; and play a variety of instruments in Samba De Amigo™ rhythm.

1. Sonic The Hedgehog: Race against the clock down a tube littered with Chaos Emeralds, rings, and power-ups, guiding Sonic with your hands around the outer edge.
2. Samba De Amigo: The maraca-mad Dreamcast sensation returns with a twist! Shake your stuff to the beat with Amigo, the pants-wearing, maraca-rattling monkey.
3. Virtua Fighter: Having defined the 3D fighting genre more than a decade ago, the latest incarnation of Virtua Fighter comes to the EyeToy and puts you into the brawl.
4. Super Monkey Ball: Using your arms to balance, Guide our simian hero, AiAi, around courses of increasing difficulty within in the time limit, collecting bananas en route.
5. Crazy Taxi: Taking the smash-hit Crazy Taxi game to the next level, SEGA SuperStars has you playing the role of a passenger attempting desperately to flag down a hurtling cab.
6. The House of The Dead: Most people will at least be used to playing the seminal zombie-fest House of the Dead with a gun. This time you'll take on hordes of zombies with your fists.
7. Space Channel 5: Still revered as the "classiest dance game ever", Space Channel 5 and Ulala take a bold new leap on the EyeToy, replacing the controller with smooth camera-based dance moves.
8. ChuChu Rocket: Vicious KapuKapus are determined to eat all your ChuChus you must quickly guide the frantic mice toward one of four switches at each corner of the screen which will activate a bridge to their safety rocket.
9. Billy Hatcher And The Giant Egg: Using your frantically waving hands to guide Billy left and right, attempt to complete a course within the time limit.
10. Virtua Striker: Fans have been getting their kicks from the Virtua Striker series for years in the arcades and on GameCube. This time it's all about using your head.
11. Puyo Pop Fever: Forget using just your arms and hands, this one will have your whole body occupied.
12. NiGHTS Into Dreams: SONICTEAM's legendary airborne savior of sleeping children's dreams returns to consoles for the first time since the Saturn. Gather floating rings as you fly with NiGHTS to the Idya Palace, collecting blue chips to drop off at the Ideya Capture Points.
