From the CTIA Wireless I.T. and Entertainment 2004 show at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, global wireless entertainment publisher JAMDAT Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ: JMDT) announced today it has launched "Bejeweled Multiplayer," the award-winning gem-matching puzzle game, through Verizon Wireless' Get It Now downloadable application service.
Recently chosen as "Best Mobile Phone Game" at G-Phoria, "The Award Show 4 Gamers," "Bejeweled Multiplayer" is a fast-paced wireless game that allows consumers to experience the thrill of exciting head-to-head matches with other players. "Bejeweled Multiplayer" was adapted and published for wireless by JAMDAT under license from PopCap Games, a leading Seattle-based developer of casual computer games.
"Bejeweled Multiplayer's" cross-carrier functionality allows players to experience the thrill of competing against subscribers whether their opponent is across town or across the country.

Verizon Wireless customers with select Get It Now-enabled phones can purchase "Bejeweled Multiplayer" for $2.99 monthly access.
Download charges for Get It Now applications vary and airtime charges apply when browsing, downloading and using certain applications. Customers need a Get It Now-enabled handset and Verizon Wireless digital service to access the Get It Now virtual store.
