Namco America Inc., a leading publisher of wireless games and content, announced today five new titles to be released during this holiday season through early 2005, adding to their exciting catalog which already includes the Top Ten mobile hits PAC-MAN(R) and Ms. PAC-MAN(R).

Namco's line-up covers several popular game genres, including arcade hits like Galaga(R), prize-based tournaments like Ms. PAC-MAN For Prizes(TM), and the wireless version of the rhythm game TAIKO: Drum Master(TM). These titles will be available through leading U.S. carriers.

Galaga by Namco

The arcade classic is going mobile. Re-developed for the wireless handset, Galaga by Namco will allow mobile players to re-live this arcade great.

Description - Defend against alien fire and escape their collision-course attacks. Retrieve captured fighters from the boss alien's tractor-beam to become a Dual Fighter with double the fire power.

Xevious by Namco

Description - The classic mother of vertical scrollers is now on your phone! You are the last hope for Earth against the invading alien onslaught. Get through their barricade and destroy the Mother Ship in the mobile version of this classic arcade shooter.

Mr. Driller by Namco

Description - Based on the 90s arcade and console hit. Mysterious blocks are overrunning town. Armed with his mighty drill, Mr. Driller must travel through the blocks in this simple-to-learn but deceptively challenging puzzler!

Ms. PAC-MAN For Prizes

With the success of the mobile version of Ms. PAC-MAN, Namco will also offer a tournament edition of the game. This version will leverage the mobile platform's ability to hold online tournaments, allowing wireless customers to play this already successful game against others for prizes.

HIT MUSIC GAME COMES TO THE PHONE:

TAIKO: Drum Master

In conjunction with the US console release of the Japanese phenomena, Namco will soon release the mobile version of this addictive rhythm game.
