ATI Technologies Inc. (TSX: ATY,
NASDAQ: ATYT) today announced that Disney has selected the RADEON® 9100 PRO
IGP as the platform technology for its new Disney Dream Desk PC™.
Designed for the youth market, the Dream Desk PC provides users with a
comprehensive package of high performance hardware and software
capabilities in a custom Disney form factor. By selecting the RADEON 9100
PRO IGP, the Dream Desk PC delivers cinematic graphics quality combined
with rock solid system stability. The Disney Dream Desk PC was officially
unveiled at a gala launch event at the American Museum of Natural History
in New York City on August 5th.

The Dream Desk PC comes equipped with a range of high quality components
including a 2.66Ghz Intel® Celeron® Processor, Microsoft® Windows® XP Home
Edition, 40 GB hard drive and 256MB DDR RAM. The Dream Desk experience
is further enhanced with a range of Disney 3D games and proprietary
software applications for creating movies, pictures and music. Parents
enjoy the safety and security of knowing their children are protected while
online with an extensive bundle of Internet filtering, e-mail filtering,
and spam blocking software included.

The Dream Desk PC will have an MSRP of $599 US and will be available
through the Disney Catalog and DisneyStore.com beginning August 12, and at
CompUSA stores beginning September 12th.
