Codemasters, a global interactive entertainment software publisher, announced today the availability of a new video for Colin McRae Rally 2005, the latest installment in the company’s popular rally racing series. Colin McRae Rally 2005 is scheduled for release this Fall for the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft complete with online gameplay via Xbox Live.
The new video highlights several of the 30 cars featured in the game, including the Subaru 22B STI, Audi Sport Quattro Rallye, MG Sebring Special and the 1967 Morris Mini Cooper S. Modeled with extraordinary attention to detail, the cars in Colin McRae Rally 2005 are authentic, each handling the road according to how the car would perform under realistic conditions.
But the cars aren’t just for show – in Colin McRae Rally 2005, the stages are designed for players to take advantage of the savage speeds the cars are capable of. Drivers will find themselves hurtling through forests, villages and across the countryside with their driving skills the only difference between disaster and glory.
