Koei Announces North American Support for New Handhelds - HOT!

Burlingame, CA and Los Angeles, CA - May 12, 2004 - KOEI, the premier brand of console-based strategy and simulation games, today announced it's official support for Sony's PSP(tm) portable entertainment system and the Nintendo DS in North America. KOEI Corporation's parent company, KOEI Co., Ltd. is planning to develop titles based on the company's best-selling Dynasty Warriors(r) series of Tactical Action games.

"We certainly look forward to providing games that take advantage of the new platforms' respective features."

The title under development for PSP will utilize the full spectrum of the anticipated system's technologies, while the 3D graphics promise a gameplay experience faithful to KOEI's console-based Tactical Action games.

Taking full advantage of the Nintendo DS's unique characteristics, KOEI's Nintendo DS title will be unlike any other Tactical Action game previously released.
