Nokia today announced the launch of N-Gage Insider, an industry trade magazine for retailers, distributors, and industry insiders. A quarterly magazine, N-Gage Insider covers the latest in N-Gage news and information, including in-depth interviews with key Nokia executives and game producers, the latest title information and insight into the N-Gage retail strategy.
"Working closely with retailers and distributors to enhance and expand the N-Gage retail presence is a key component of our overall strategy," said Stefan Lampinen, Director, Strategy and Business Development, Games Business Unit, Nokia. "N-Gage Insider will communicate a wealth of information on everything related to the N-Gage platform and keep the industry up-to-date on all N-Gage developments."
The current issue of N-Gage Insider (1.1) showcases the very latest in N-Gage information. Retailers will read about the new N-Gage QD game deck in detail, as well as learn about the latest N-Gage Arena updates and the look of the forthcoming N-Gage retail presence. Interviews with Ilkka Raiskinen (Senior Vice President in charge of the Games business), Pasi Pölönen (Director in charge of Games Publishing) and Nada Usina (General Manager for the Games business in the Americas) provide deeper insight into the N-Gage business strategy.
The issue is also packed with information on the latest N-Gage titles, including never-before seen screenshots from Pathway to Glory and an interview with the game's producer, Toni Virhiä.
